It is difficult to determine which house is better without more specific information about the houses. It is important to consider whether the activity or event is best suited to take place in their house or near their house based on factors such as space, noise level, and privacy. If the activity requires a lot of space or equipment, it may be more practical to have it near their house. On the other hand, if the activity is more intimate or private, it may be better to host it in their house. Ultimately, the decision should be based on what will make the participants most comfortable and allow for the best experience. **
