A tribal federation is a political and social organization in which multiple tribes come together to form a larger governing body. This larger entity allows the member tribes to work together for common goals such as defense, trade, and resource management while still maintaining their individual identities and autonomy. Tribal federations often have a system of representation and decision-making that involves leaders from each member tribe, and they can be found in various parts of the world, including Africa, the Middle East, and North America. **

No, the International Cat Federation e.V. (FIFe) and the World Cat Federation e.V. (WCF) do not belong together. When an equestrian competition follows the rules of the German Equestrian Federation (LPO) or the Equestrian Federation for Lower Levels (WBO) or similar regulations, it means that the competition will adhere to the specific guidelines and standards set by these organizations. This includes rules for horse welfare, rider attire, equipment, judging criteria, and competition format. Competitors and organizers must follow these regulations to ensure fair and safe competition for all participants. Adhering to these rules also allows for consistency and standardization across different competitions within the equestrian community. **

The search for extraterrestrial life and intelligence is ongoing, but as of now, there is no confirmed contact or communication with any advanced alien civilizations. **

I think the intention of the Russian Chess Federation to leave Europe and join the Asian Continental Federation is a strategic move. It could provide new opportunities for the development of chess in Russia and strengthen their ties with Asian countries. However, it could also lead to a shift in the balance of power within the Asian Continental Federation and potentially impact the dynamics of international chess competitions. Overall, it will be interesting to see how this decision plays out and its impact on the global chess community. **
